The difference of value-added HR services

Metis HR Services has entered the much crowded recruitment market with promises of being different. Their USP, claims Sanjay Trivedi, CEO of Metis HR Services, is their unique business model and expertise to cater to the demands of their IT clients. The value-added services being ordered are contract staffing, targeted head hunting, total project-based teaming, payroll outsourcing and program management services. It is these value-added services which make a difference. Says Trivedi, “Most conventional recruitment/staffing organisations are operating in IT as another industry, they don’t have the knowledge base to understand niche requirements, for example if a company needs a graphics illustrator, that doesn’t mean a Web designer and not many conventional recruiters have an understanding of these specifications.”
