CMS Institute bags Korean training project

CMS Institute, the IT training division of the CMS Group, recently announced the arrival of the first batch of students from South Korea. They form a part of nearly 200 students from South Korea who will train at CMS, Pune, this year. The training will not only include diverse IT skills but also English language courses. The strategic alliance formally endorsed by R D Grover, chief executive officer, CMS and Park Kyung Bae, chief executive officer, EnecKorea, is part of an initiative by the Government of South Korea to add momentum to the promotion of information technology in the South East Asian democracy.

Talking about the project, Varun Prasad, director, CMS Computers said, “We are proud to have been chosen amongst stiff competition to represent India and provide the right mix of IT skill sets, language training and work culture, to aspiring students of an international calibre from South Korea.”

Sandy Kin, general manager, EnecKorea, the local CMS Institute partner in South Korea added, “CMS Institute offers some of the best exposure to higher-end IT training with state-of-the-art infrastructure, structured course syllabus, both in the classroom and on-the-job training, quality courseware and above all great Indian hospitality.” The training programme will include modules like Microsoft .Net, Professional Java and embedded systems, among many others.
