Three Icon to provide call centre training

Three Icon Tech Solutions (an IEC Group venture), has recently announced their tie-up with international and domestic call centres for providing training and placement. Sensing the growth potential of the market, which is expected to reach US$ 17 billion mark for the IT enabled services, the company has tied-up with leading call centres like Convergys, Essar cell phone, Pagelink, Go To Customer, Live Wire, to meet their requirements of trained professionals.

Three Icon, which provides specialised training and expertise for call centre and IT enabled services, has placed major thrust in extensive and comprehensive training to groom worldclass call centre professionals to meet the growing demand of the industry.
