Technologies, a software implementation services company, recently
launched A1brains.com, an “e-recruitment assistant” for
the IT industry. This portal helps companies save time in assessing
and recruiting the right candidate for the right job profile. An
ideal tool to speed up the selection process, it also conducts online
tests for various levels of recruitment.
 “The
candidate can apply for the test online or if the concerned company
has a network he/she can sit for the test personally. It will even
ensure that CVs of all short-listed candidates reach the company
in the same format, along with the performance results of skill
tests. The required data can be downloaded onto the local machine
and stored in a database for further analysis,” says Surendra
Singh Bhalla, chief executive officer, Brainswave Technologies.
A browser-based utility has been provided to access the local database
and assist the company in prioritising and scheduling the right
candidates for interviews. A1brains.com has a parameter driven design,
which significantly reduces application implementation time. When
the requirements for a particular post change, new selection criteria
can be specified and the changes are effective immediately. A variety
of functions and features are already in place to handle common
needs like validation, security etc.
