Mastek
has appointed Malati Hota as general manager, human
resources. She has been in the field for over 17 years
since she graduated in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She started
her career in June 1983 with Tata Infotech (Tata Burroughs)
and worked with them for over four years learning the
ropes of HR while she was there. She moved to CMC Calcutta
in 1987 handling the HR operations for the eastern zone.
From Calcutta she moved to Mumbai and continued with CMC
heading the HRD for the western region. Malati joined
Mastek as their HR head in 1994 and worked with them till
1997. She moved to Delhi in 1998 and freelanced for sometime
before moving to the US. At US she had a short stint at
Majesco, the Mastek subsidiary in US. She moved back to
Mumbai in 2001 to take on the mantle of the HR at Mastek,
Mumbai for the Mastek Group Companies. |
Infinite
Computer Solutions has announced the appointment of Anand
Veerkar as director, offshore business development.
In his new role, Anand Veerkar will be responsible for
managing offshore developing operations of the company.
His main responsibilities would include serving as offshore
delivery interface between the US and the companys
Bangalore development centre. I am delighted to

numerous awards for sales performance in his previous
assignments at Tata Unisys and Digital Equipment India
(Now Compaq). |

as its new managing director for its India operations.
Commenting on his appointment Saxena said, I look

Noida, Chennai and Pune, spread over a total area of 46
acres, complete by 2003. Saxena joined Xansa in
