‘Building an organisation is fun’
Bhasker Sharma, CEO, Net Brahma Technologies, has been involved in four start-up initiatives in the last six years. He tells Valentina Hubert that luck and family support are the reasons for his success

Sairaman J has been appointed as general manager - integration services of Wipro Infotech. Sairaman, who has over two decades of technology and business experience, will give shape to Wipro Infotech’s integration services business which includes infrastructure consulting and network integration, call centre implementation and EMS. Sairaman joins Wipro Infotech from Mascot Systems, Bangalore where he was heading a business unit for clients in US and Japan. A BE (Hons) from Guindy Engineering College, Chennai, Sairaman brings tremendous expertise in various technology areas like embedded systems and project management. Prior to Mascot System Sairaman has worked with HCL and TVS Electronics.
Vivek K Kumar has been appointed as the head of business development at TAKE Solutions. He will be driving the marketing and business development activities that would include marketing and sales, brand building and corporate communications at TAKE Solutions. Prior to this, Kumar was head of PaisaPower.com travel channel where he was instrumental in the complete setting up of and management of the travel channel, building and managing relationships and implementing e-business strategies. Vivek Kumar is a management graduate from the International Management Institute, New Delhi. He brings experience in business development, relationship marketing / account management and brand building. He started his career with Credit Capital Venture Flow now called ILFS Venture Corporation. He later worked in the travel services industry with Thomas Cook and Cox & Kings.
HP-ISO has appointed Brij Sethi as vice president, Information Appliances and Solutions Business. His current responsibilities include managing product R&D in the areas of storage, printing and imaging areas. He is also responsible for managing the work in the area of e-inclusion. Prior to this Sethi held the position of General Manager with Global R&D, Wipro. “Sethi’s expertise in the area of management along with a strong knowledge base of the emerging technologies will be in total alignment with HP-ISO’s vision,” said Subramanyam Vempati Director, HP-ISO. Sethi is a graduate in Electronics Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and has to his credit an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
